本机为八辊冷轧机，由压下装置、机架装置、辊系部分、平衡装置、主传动、万向轴托架、换辊装置等组成。其主要功能是轧制带材，满足一定厚度。设备组成，由液压涨缩放卷机、进料工艺平台、八辊轧机、支承辊液压换辊装置、出料工艺平台、龙门架实心卷取机、普通液压系统、AGC液压系统、稀油站、油气润滑系统、工艺润滑站、电控、测厚仪、机组地脚螺栓等组成。
